Crunchy honey walnut granola

Oats, walnuts and seeds toasted in the air fryer in 15 minutes.

Rico's note: Make a jar on Sunday and your breakfasts are covered all week. Stir halfway through, or the bottom burns before the top turns golden.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 30 g (1 oz) sunflower seeds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) melted coconut oil
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel (1 g)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and fleur de sel.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla and mix well.
