Who you buy from

Payments on ricomood.com are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. In practice this means: Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, charges you, applies any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you live, issues your invoice or receipt, and handles payment disputes and chargebacks. STRAVIA, Unipessoal Lda creates the ebooks, licenses them to you and gives you customer support. The charge on your card or PayPal statement shows Paddle (paddle.net).

Depending on where you are, your contract of sale is with Paddle.com Market Limited (London, United Kingdom) or, for buyers in the United States, with Paddle.com Inc. (New York, USA). Paddle's own buyer terms and refund policy apply to that contract, alongside our Refund policy and Terms of use.

For consumers in Portugal, the Portuguese versions of these pages (Informação legal, Reembolsos, Privacidade, Termos) apply; this English version is provided for everyone else.

Contact and complaints

For anything about your order, the files or your data: [email protected]. We reply within two business days. For billing questions you can also use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

If you're a consumer in Portugal or elsewhere in the EU, you can also file a complaint through the Portuguese electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) or turn to a consumer dispute resolution entity (list at consumidor.gov.pt). Consumers outside the EU keep the complaint channels of their own country — see Terms of use, section “Disputes”.
