These terms cover the use of ricomood.com and the ebooks and plans you buy here. The sale itself is completed through Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms; these terms cover the content and your license to use it.

What you buy

Digital files (PDF): recipe ebooks and 5-day plans, for personal use. After payment you get a personal download link on screen and by email. The link allows up to 20 downloads for 1 year from the purchase date; save the file somewhere safe. If the link stops working before that, or you never received it, write to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Your license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the files for your own cooking, on your own devices. You may not share, publish, post, lend, sell or resell the files or the recipes in them, remove the copyright notices, use the texts or images to build another product, or use them to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence models. The files carry a personal token linked to your purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency and include any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you live. Payment is processed by Paddle, which is the seller of record for tax purposes and issues your invoice or receipt. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

Because the files are delivered immediately, at checkout you ask for instant access and — where the law gives you a cancellation period, as in the EU and the UK — acknowledge that you lose it once delivery starts. We always refund if the file doesn't work, if the purchase is duplicated, if you got the wrong product or if you were charged without buying anything, and this never limits your legal rights. Content, images and nutrition

• The recipes were gathered from many sources and rewritten and organized by us. Cooking results vary with your ingredients, equipment and technique.
• The images of the dishes are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of the finished recipe. Your dish will look different.
• Nutritional values (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugars, saturated fat) are estimates calculated from food composition tables for the quantities stated. They're a guide, not a measurement, and they're not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have a health condition, allergies or specific dietary needs, talk to a qualified professional before changing what you eat.
• Allergens are listed from the recipe's ingredients as written. Always check the labels of the products you actually use, and take care with cross-contamination.
• Thermomix® is a registered trademark of Vorwerk. Ninja® and Ninja Creami® are trademarks of SharkNinja. Rico Mood is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. Robot versions of the recipes are adaptations by us.

Intellectual property

The texts, the organization of the recipes, the images, the layout and the Rico Mood name and logo belong to STRAVIA, Unipessoal Lda and are protected by copyright and trademark law. What's protected is the way the recipes are written, presented and organized — not the idea of cooking a dish. You're free to cook and share the food; you're not free to copy and share the files.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering the files you bought, working as described. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for results in your kitchen, and our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, EU consumer law or the laws of your state.

Using the website

The recipe pages on ricomood.com are free to read. You may not scrape, copy or republish them in bulk, or use the site in a way that interferes with it. We may change, pause or close the site or the catalog at any time; purchases already made are not affected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumers in Portugal, the Portuguese version of these terms applies. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing here takes that away. Your contract of sale with Paddle is governed by Paddle's buyer terms (English law, or New York law for US buyers).

If something goes wrong, write to us first — most problems are solved by email in a couple of days. If that fails:

• EU consumers: the Portuguese Complaints Book (livroreclamacoes.pt) or a consumer dispute resolution entity (consumidor.gov.pt).
• UK consumers: Citizens Advice consumer service, or the courts of the UK.
• Australian consumers: your state or territory consumer protection agency, or the ACCC.
• New Zealand consumers: Consumer Protection (consumerprotection.govt.nz) or the Disputes Tribunal.
• US consumers: your state attorney general's consumer protection office, or the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov).
