Values are for the first option listed in the ingredients; substitutions and variations change them. Carbs exclude fiber; energy uses the EU conversion factors (fiber at 2 kcal/g). Air fryer fruit crumble

Crisp on top, bubbling fruit underneath, ready in 30 minutes.

Rico's note: The air fryer makes a crumble every bit as good as the oven, in less time — perfect when you want a warm dessert midweek.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, diced (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) berries
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 1 tbsp cold butter, cubed (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (3 g)

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. In a small baking dish that fits in the air fryer, mix the apple with the berries and half the cinnamon.
