Teriyaki salmon with broccoli

An Asian-inspired dinner in 25 minutes, all in the same air fryer.

Rico's note: A Thursday dinner for when you want a break from chicken without complicating the shopping list.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (360 g / 12½ oz) — about 180 g each
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 tbsp honey (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (2 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
  • 300 g (10½ oz) broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic to make the teriyaki, and set aside 2 tbsp in a separate bowl for the end.
  2. Let the salmon sit in this marinade for 10 minutes.
