Golden turmeric and lemon chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets (360 g / 12½ oz) — about 180 g each
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (3 g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (3 g)
- 1 lemon (30 g / 1 oz) — zest and juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano (1 g)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, lemon zest and juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets in this marinade and let them rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
