Sautéed green beans with tuna and tomato

Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) fresh green beans
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil, drained (120 g / 4 oz) — drained weight
- ½ small onion, finely chopped (50 g / 1¾ oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
- 100 g (3½ oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (10 g)
- chopped fresh parsley, to taste (5 g)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
- Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Cook in boiling salted water for 5–7 minutes, until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute, without letting it brown.
