Roasted figs with cinnamon and almond

Fresh figs in the oven, warm and caramelized in fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs (400 g / 14 oz)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 1 orange, zest only (2 g)
  • 15 g (½ oz) sliced almonds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Wash the figs and cut them in half from top to bottom.
