Roast salmon with lemon and rosemary

Oven, 18 minutes, and a dish that looks restaurant-made.

Rico's note: Home late from the gym? Turn on the oven, and in twenty minutes this is on the table without a second thought.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks (360 g / 12½ oz) — 180 g each
  • 1 lemon (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (5 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic (6 g) — chopped
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Pat the salmon steaks very dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it, skin side down.
