Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 1 banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 8 fresh mint leaves (2 g)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • juice of half a lemon, to taste
  • ice, as needed

Method

  1. Wash the peaches, cut them in half and remove the pits.
  2. Cut the flesh into pieces.
