Ingredients
- 300 g (10½ oz) pineapple, fresh or frozen, diced
- 100 ml (½ cup) light coconut milk
- 7 g sugar — adjust to taste; or the same amount of maple syrup; no added sugar: 10 g erythritol
In the no-added-sugar version, eating too much erythritol or xylitol can have a laxative effect.
Method
- Blend the pineapple, coconut milk and sugar into a smooth purée.
- Pour into the pint container without going past the MAX line.
