Lettuce, avocado and seed salad

A light, creamy dinner, ready in ten minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of lettuce (60 g / 2 oz)
  • ½ avocado (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes (80 g / 2¾ oz)
  • 1 tbsp assorted seeds (sunflower, chia) (10 g)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
  • lemon juice and sea salt, to taste

Method

  1. Wash and cut the lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Slice the avocado.
