Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds (48 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 300 ml (1¼ cups) almond milk
  • 100 ml (½ cup) lemon juice
  • 1 organic lemon, zest only (2 g)
  • 3 Medjool dates, blended into a paste (72 g / 2½ oz)
  • lemon slices, for garnish

Method

  1. Blend the dates with the almond milk and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds and lemon zest.
