Green, fresh, and ready before the coffee has finished brewing.

Rico's note: Blend this when the fridge is almost empty but there's still spinach and a banana — it takes care of breakfast in two minutes.

  • 1 banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • ½ cucumber (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated (5 g)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) coconut water
  • ½ lemon, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)

Method

  1. Wash the spinach and cucumber well.
  2. Cut the banana and cucumber into smaller pieces.
