Golden turmeric ginger milk

Warm, spiced, and great for cold mornings.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp turmeric (2 g)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (1 g)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (0.5 g)
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated (3 g)
  • ½ tsp coconut oil (5 g)

Method

  1. Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan, without letting it boil.
  2. Add the turmeric, cinnamon and ginger.
