Ingredients
- 320 g (11½ oz) pasta (fusilli), uncooked
- 200 g (7 oz) zucchini, diced
- 200 g (7 oz) small broccoli florets
- 100 g (3½ oz) peas
- 1 onion (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 2 cloves garlic (6 g)
- 100 g (3½ oz) low-fat fresh cheese (queijo fresco)
- 100 ml (½ cup) reduced-fat milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
