Ingredients

  • ½ carrot, peeled (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • ½ orange (juice only, freshly squeezed) (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled (10 g)

Method

  1. Peel the carrot and ginger.
  2. Run the carrot and ginger through the juicer.
