Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (20 g / ¾ oz)
- 2 lemons, juice only (60 g / 2 oz)
- 1 green apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, grated (5 g)
- 250 ml (1 cup) filtered water
Method
- Blend the mint leaves with the filtered water until very fine.
- Strain the mixture to remove the bits of leaf.
