Warm orange, ginger and honey juice

Warm orange juice with ginger, honey and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 3 large oranges, juice only (570 g / 1¼ lb)
  • 3 cm (1¼ in) fresh ginger (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • ground cinnamon (0.5 g) — 1 pinch
  • 1 tsp propolis drops (5 g) — optional

Method

  1. Juice the oranges.
  2. Grate the ginger very finely and press it through a fine sieve to extract just the juice.
