Banana cocoa cream

A creamy blend of ripe banana and cocoa, ready in five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (360 g / 12½ oz)
  • 2 tbsp pure cocoa powder (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 150 ml (½ cup) almond milk
  • 3 Medjool dates (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (3 g)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (1 g)
  • extra cocoa powder (3 g) — to decorate

Method

  1. Slice the bananas into rounds.
  2. Put them in the blender with the cocoa, almond milk, dates, vanilla and salt.
