Creamy chocolate nice cream, dairy-free and sweetened only with banana.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced (260 g / 9 oz) — frozen for at least 4 hours
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 100 ml (½ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (5 g) — optional

Method

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 4 hours.
  2. Put the frozen bananas, cocoa, almond milk and chia seeds, if using, in a food processor.
