Ingredients
- 250 g (9 oz) strawberries
- 150 ml (½ cup) light coconut milk (canned)
- 25 g (1 oz) vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 15 g (½ oz) shredded coconut — for the mix-in
- 20 g (¾ oz) pitted dates
- light coconut milk, as needed — only if you need it for the RE-SPIN
Method
- Shake the can of coconut milk well before measuring — it tends to separate.
- Put the strawberries, coconut milk, protein powder and dates in the blender and blend until smooth.
