Quantities and times are a starting point: adjust them to your taste. Two things don't change: poultry and ground meat must be cooked all the way through, and allergens — always check the labels.

Tropical, tart and sweet all at once — refreshing in any season.

Rico's note: Mango and passion fruit is the pint for when summer doesn't want to end just yet.

Ingredients

  • 250 g (9 oz) ripe mango, in chunks
  • 2 passion fruit, pulp only (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 150 ml (½ cup) unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 25 g (1 oz) vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • fresh passion fruit pulp, to taste — optional, for the mix-in, not included in the macros

Method

  1. Put the mango, passion fruit pulp, coconut milk beverage and protein powder in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into the pint container without going past the MAX line, cover and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
