Vegan coffee and date

As dense as an affogato, sweetened only with dates.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened oat milk
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) cold espresso (2 shots)
  • 30 g (1 oz) vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) pitted dates
  • salt, to taste
  • cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
  2. Put everything in the blender and blend until completely smooth.
