Ingredients
- 300 ml (1¼ cups) unsweetened oat milk
- 30 g (1 oz) chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 20 g (¾ oz) ground hazelnuts
- 15 g (½ oz) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 30 g (1 oz) pitted dates
- salt, to taste
Method
- If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender (set aside 5 g of the ground hazelnuts for the end) and blend until completely smooth, with no pieces of date left.
