Warm golden milk with turmeric, ginger and a pinch of black pepper.

Rico's note: Sip this on couch nights before leg day — more for the ritual than for any miracle.

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric (3 g)
  • 1 cm (½ in) fresh ginger, grated (5 g)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (1.5 g)
  • ground black pepper — 1 pinch
