Sweet potato toast with almond butter and banana

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato, sliced (250 g / 9 oz)
  • 30 g (1 oz) almond butter
  • 1 banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
  • ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. Cut the sweet potato into thick slices, about 1.5 cm (½ in).
  2. Toast the slices in the toaster for two or three cycles, until tender inside.
