Strawberry bowl with coconut and chia

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (45 g / 1½ oz)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (14 g)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds (10 g)
  • fresh mint, to taste

Method

  1. Wash the strawberries and slice them.
  2. Spoon the coconut yogurt into the bottom of the bowl.
