Strawberry, banana and flaxseed smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of strawberries (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • ½ banana (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (10 g)
  • 150 ml (½ cup) water or plant-based milk

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend for 40–60 seconds, until creamy and smooth.
