Spinach, strawberry and orange smoothie

Green outside, sweet inside — it doesn't taste like spinach.

Rico's note: Use this smoothie to win over anyone who turns up their nose at spinach — nobody guesses what's inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 orange, peeled (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 50 ml (3½ tbsp) cold water or ice

Method

  1. Wash the spinach and strawberries well.
  2. Peel the orange and separate it into segments.
