Smoked salmon wrap with arugula

Fresh, perfectly salty, and ready in eight minutes.

Rico's note: Wrap it in parchment paper when you leave home early and don't want anything heavy before work.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free wrap (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 60 g (2 oz) smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp plant-based cream cheese (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 handful of arugula (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp capers (10 g)
  • fresh dill and lemon juice, to taste

Method

  1. Warm the wrap briefly in a dry skillet, just to soften it.
  2. Spread the plant-based cream cheese over the whole surface.
