Ingredients

  • 150 g (5½ oz) coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (10 g)
  • 1 banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) berries
  • ½ tsp coconut shavings (5 g)

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Mix the three kinds of seeds in a separate bowl.
