Mixed berry and pomegranate juice

A thick, dark juice, great at breakfast.

Rico's note: Make this when you have extra berries in the fridge and don't want them to go to waste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 cup raspberries (125 g / 4½ oz)
  • ½ cup strawberries (75 g / 2¾ oz)
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds only (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 1 lemon, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
  • water, as needed

Method

  1. Wash the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries well.
  2. Blend the berries with the pomegranate seeds and a little water.
