Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, in chunks (330 g / 11½ oz)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (20 g / ¾ oz)
- 1 cucumber (300 g / 10½ oz)
- 1 lime, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (5 g)
- water, as needed — a little, for blending
Method
- Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks, discarding the tough core.
- Blend the pineapple with the mint and a little water.
