Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (2 g)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (2 g)
- 150 ml (½ cup) coconut milk beverage
- 25 g (1 oz) granola, to decorate
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (8 g)
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- fresh fruit — optional, to decorate, not included in the macros
Method
- In the blender, blend the pineapple, banana, turmeric, ginger and coconut milk beverage until thick.
- Transfer to a deep bowl.
