Quantities and times are a starting point: adjust them to your taste. Two things don't change: poultry and ground meat must be cooked all the way through, and allergens — always check the labels.

Peach yogurt ice cream

Fresh and mellow, made with nothing but ripe fruit and yogurt.

Rico's note: Too many ripe peaches in summer? Turn them into this ice cream before they spoil in the fruit bowl.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 150 g (5½ oz) plain yogurt
  • 1 banana (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • milk, as needed — only if you need it for the RE-SPIN

Method

  1. Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.
  2. Put the peaches, yogurt and banana in the blender and blend until smooth.
