Quantities and times are a starting point: adjust them to your taste. Two things don't change: poultry and ground meat must be cooked all the way through, and allergens — always check the labels.

  • 400 g (14 oz) chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 300 g (10½ oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic (6 g)
  • 100 ml (½ cup) light cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
  • parsley, salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
