Parsley, cucumber and green apple juice

An intense green juice with a coconut water base.

Rico's note: Good for the weeks after a few days of more processed food, when you want to get back to your usual routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 2 lemons, juice only (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 green apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 cucumber (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, grated (10 g)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) coconut water

Method

  1. Wash the parsley, apple and cucumber well.
  2. Blend the parsley with the coconut water until very fine.
