Orange, carrot and ginger juice

Sweet, spicy and full of color — the morning classic.

Rico's note: When you prep for the week on Sunday, peel the carrots and oranges the day before so this juice is ready in five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled (10 g)
  • ice, as needed — to serve

Method

  1. Peel the oranges and carrots.
  2. Run the carrots and ginger through the juicer.
