Ingredients
- 480 ml (2 cups) fresh orange juice
- 2 oranges, zest only (4 g)
- 3 tbsp agar-agar powder (24 g / ¾ oz)
- 4 Medjool dates, blended into a paste (96 g / 3½ oz)
- 300 ml (1¼ cups) coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
Method
- Make the orange cream: heat the orange juice with half the agar-agar until it boils.
- Add half the blended dates and the orange zest, stir and remove from the heat.
