Kiwi and mint shot

Fresh and fruity, with mint for the finishing touch.

Rico's note: In summer, swap your afternoon coffee for this shot — it's more refreshing and won't keep you up at night.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 6 fresh mint leaves (3 g)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (10 g)

Method

  1. Peel the kiwi and cut it into pieces.
  2. Blend the kiwi with the mint leaves and lemon juice until smooth.
