Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (3 g)
- 1 lemon, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
- fresh mint leaves, to taste (5 g)
- ice, as needed
Method
- Bring the water to a boil and take it off the heat as soon as it boils.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers and let them steep for 10 minutes.
