Guava, cucumber and lime juice

A light, unstrained juice that keeps all the fruit's fiber.

Rico's note: For when you want a lighter breakfast that still keeps you going until lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe guavas, skin on (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 1 lime, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 cucumber (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • sugar or maple syrup, to taste — no added sugar: sweetener to taste
  • ground cinnamon (0.5 g) — 1 pinch
  • water, as needed — a little, for blending

Method

  1. Wash the guavas well and cut them into pieces, skin on.
  2. Blend the guavas with the cucumber and a little water.
