Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 2 stalks celery (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 1 green apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (10 g)

Method

  1. Wash all the ingredients well.
  2. Cut the cucumber, celery and apple into pieces.
