Green juice with apple, cucumber and spinach

The simplest green juice to start with, without too much bitterness.

Rico's note: The juice for when you want to eat better without overthinking it — three ingredients, no excuses.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • ½ cucumber (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 50 ml (3½ tbsp) cold water — only if you use a blender
  • ice, as needed — to serve

Method

  1. Wash the apple, cucumber and spinach well.
  2. Cut the apple and cucumber into pieces that fit in the juicer.
