Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (140 g / 5 oz)
  • 1 handful of baby spinach (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (4 g)

Method

  1. Put the berries, spinach, almond milk and chia seeds in the blender jar.
  2. Blend on high until creamy, with no visible bits of leaf.
