Ingredients
- 1 gluten-free wrap (50 g / 1¾ oz)
- 2 eggs (100 g / 3½ oz)
- ½ red bell pepper (75 g / 2¾ oz)
- ½ zucchini (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
- fresh parsley, salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips.
- Sauté the vegetables in the olive oil over medium-high heat until tender but still with some bite.
