Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 1 small can tuna in water, drained (80 g / 2¾ oz)
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (30 g / 1 oz)
  • ½ tsp mustard (5 g)
  • chopped chives, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes once the water comes to a boil.
  2. Cool them in cold water and peel.
