Ingredients
- 600 ml (2½ cups) water
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds (150 g / 5½ oz)
- fresh mint leaves, to taste (10 g)
- ice, as needed
Method
- Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin rounds, without peeling.
- Gently bruise the mint leaves between your fingers to release their aroma.
