Cucumber, aloe vera and apple juice
A fresh, light juice with aloe vera, green apple and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (350 g / 12½ oz)
- 2 tbsp pure aloe vera gel (30 g / 1 oz)
- 1 green apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
- ½ lemon, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)
- 5 fresh mint leaves (2 g)
- water, as needed — only if you use a blender
Method
- Wash the cucumber and apple well and cut them into pieces.
- Run the cucumber and apple through the juicer, or blend them with a little water and strain.
